Children entering Georgia Public Schools for the first time must
present proof of immunization against measles, mumps, rubella, polio,
whooping cough, diphtheria, and tetanus. They will also need proof
of eye, ear, and dental exams. Students who have enrolled previously
should present their last report card or transcript.
