NEW STORES OPEN IN PREFERRED OUTLETS AT LAKE PARK

(Lake Park, Georgia – March 22, 2007) – Preferred Outlets at Lake Park, located at Exit 5 on I-75, is pleased to announce the recent opening of two national tenants, Koret of California and Dollar Tree.

Koret is a division of Kellwood Company and offers a lifestyle brand of reasonably priced, casual and coordinated sportswear. Koret Sportswear aims to be the leading brand for every woman, offering quality, consistent fit, comfortable and trend appropriate styling, easy care and value. Koret’s soft, washable fabrications are sized for petite, misses and larger sizes.

Dollar Tree, the nation’s leading dollar discount variety store chain, opened in Preferred Outlets at Lake Park on February 4, 2007. The store is stocked with a wide array of gift bags, party supplies, housewares, seasonal décor, candy and food, toys, health and beauty care, gifts, stationary, books and a variety of consumer items. Dollar Tree operates stores in 48 states and currently has more than 125 stores in Georgia alone. A wide range of consumers are drawn to Dollar Tree due to consistent low prices and the appeal of the ever-changing merchandise selection.

The new stores represent a total of 15,320 square feet of new retail for the Preferred Outlets at Lake Park Shopping Center, joining and already strong line-up including Carter’s Childrenswear, Gap Outlet, Haggar Menswear, Liz Claiborne, Nine West, OshKosh, Polo Ralph Lauren, Reebok Outlet, West Point Home, and many more name brand outlets. Preferred Outlets at Lake Park is the only outlet center within more than a one hundred mile radius.
