PREFERRED OUTLETS AT LAKE PARK ANNOUNCE THE ADDITION OF A SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

Lake Park, GA, June 4, 2007 … Ariel Preferred Retail Group and the management team at Preferred Outlets at Lake Park welcome Adrienne Warch as Senior Marketing Manager. Mrs. Warch will lead the center in a new marketing initiative that was kicked off this year by Ariel Preferred Retail Group, owner and operator of Preferred Outlets at Lake Park.

Mrs. Warch has her Associate of Arts degree from the College of Southern Maryland and her Bachelor of Science Degree from Everglades University. She has a retail marketing background with Simon Property Group and recently left a position as Marketing Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle at one of their Myrtle Beach, SC area properties to join the team at the Preferred Outlets at Lake Park.

"We are very excited to find someone with successful marketing background in the shopping center industry to spearhead our marketing efforts at Lake Park. Adrienne has a very welcoming personality and many fresh ideas. We think she will fit in great with the team, the merchants and the community. Adrienne is charged with building sales and traffic for the center and developing third party marketing partners" said Lisa Bates, CMD, Director of Marketing for Ariel Preferred Retail Group.
